Keri-Ann is the type of coach you need to succeed. Her coaching style is uniquely tailored to fit your lifestyle, time constraints, and personal fitness goals. The running plan she made me had so much variety that I was constantly challenged in a way that helped me get faster and perform on race day. Throughout the training process, she gave such great, personalized advice on gear selection, nutrition, technique, and many other areas. Thanks to her plan, I was able to beat my half marathon goal by 8 minutes. I can honestly say I will never have another running coach!

I’ve been running with Coach Keri-Ann since Summer 2020 and have felt a tremendous difference in my performance. She’s taught and encouraged me to trust my training plan, the process, and my body. Save the miles/effort for when it counts and enjoy each workout. She incorporates fun and energy into every workout and is always available whenever I need coaching support (questions about my plan, paces, etc.) or to encourage me. My current training plan is the perfect mix of challenge and fun and I’m learning that more miles don’t necessarily mean better outcomes. I've worked with Coach Keri-Ann of Mercuria for two running seasons now and I'm glad I found her, before Coach Keri-Ann I went through a couple of other coaches and never really clicked, but Mercuria has a different approach to training that is more supportive and more flexible. Even though Keri-Ann is on the other side of the country from me, she still checks in many times a week and before my races she really helps get me in a game day mindset. I plan on working with Coach Keri-Ann again, as soon as I find my next big race.

I can’t praise the coaches at Mercuria Running enough.
