WHEN
Tuesdays, 6AM: Speed Work & Running Drills
Thursdays, 6AM: Easy / Pacing Practice Run
Saturdays, 8AM: Long Run
Weekday sessions will typically last 30-75 minutes and long runs around 1-2 hours. Timing will vary depending on your individual pace and training level.
Some weeks the schedule may vary. A complete calendar of sessions and events will be provided at the beginning of the program.
